Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk with a credit limit of
Rp150,000,000,000,- (one hundred and fifty billion
Rupiah), which will be used by the Company to pay
off early the shareholder loans, namely ISIL of
Rp115,000,000,000 (one hundred and fifteen
billion Rupiah) and MBE of Rp35,000,000,000
(thirty five billion Rupiah).
