Profil Calon Direktur Nabit Musavi, S.H., M.H., C.L.A. Warga Negara Indonesia, 39 Tahun. Bapak Nabit Musavi adalah seorang profesional di bidang hukum properti dengan pengalaman lebih dari 15 tahun menangani perkaraka hukum, khususnya dalam bidang perkara pertanahan. Saat ini, beliau menjabat sebagai Legal Division Head pada perseroan. Beliau meraih gelar Sarjana Hukum dari Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Nasional Jakarta dengan Predikat Lulusan Terbaik (cumlaude) dan Magister Hukum dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum IBLAM, Jakarta dengan Predikat Lulusan Terbaik (cumlaude), serta telah memperoleh Sertifikasi Advokat dari Peradi (Persatuan Advokat Indonesia) dan Sertifikat Pendidikan Auditor Hukum. Kemudian pada Tahun 2008, beliau bergabung pada Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Jakarta (LBH JAKARTA) dan aktif mendirikan Lembaga Advokasi Anak yang dikenal dengan nama Children Multicultural Center (CMC) dan Lembaga Investigasi Aset Pemerintah yang dikenal dengan nama Investigasi Center. Setelah itu beliau bergabung di PT. Sawitto Mitra Utama (2005-2006) yang merupakan Perusahaan Expor & Impor pada bagian divisi legal. Kemudian pada Tahun 2009, beliau bergabung pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero). Setelah itu, Pada Tahun 2010 beliau bergabung dengan Associated Lawyer yang terafiliasi dengan Kantor Advokat Hotma Sitompul and Partners dengan terlibat aktif dalam menangani berbagai kasus nasional. Dalam bidang sosial kemasyarakatan, Bapak Nabit Musavi aktif sebagai Ketua Divisi Hukum dan HAM DKI Jakarta pada Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Sahabat Polisi Indonesia sejak tahun 2023. Indonesian Citizen, 39 Years Old Mr. Nabit Musavi is a professional in the field of property law with over 15 years of experience handling legal cases, particularly in land matters. He currently serves as the Legal Division Head at the company. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Nasional Jakarta, graduating as the top student with cum laude honors, and his Master of Laws degree from IBLAM School of Law, Jakarta, also graduating as the top student with cum laude honors. He has further earned an Advocate License from PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) and a Legal Auditor Certification. In 2008, he joined the Jakarta Legal Aid Institute (LBH Jakarta) and actively participated in establishing the Children Multicultural Center (CMC), a child advocacy organization, as well as the Investigation Center, an institution focusing on government asset investigations. Prior to that, he served in the Legal Division of PT Sawitto Mitra Utama (2005–2006), an export and import company. In 2009, he joined PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Thereafter, in 2010, he became affiliated with an Associated Lawyer practice connected to Hotma Sitompul & Partners, where he was actively involved in handling various high-profile national cases. In the field of community service and social advocacy, Mr. Nabit Musavi has served as the Head of the Legal and Human Rights Division for Jakarta Province at Sahabat Polisi Indonesia, a non-governmental organization, since 2023.
