   Triniti Land to Commence Staged Topping Off for Marc’s Boulevard Project in Batam in Early
                                      September 2024

                   Triniti Land to Launch Second Phase of Glenn The Hive This Year




JAKARTA, September 3, 2024 – Triniti Land will be conducting the topping off for its landed house and
shophouse project at Marc’s Boulevard, a 23-hectare integrated development in Batam, in 2024. The
Glenn The Hive landed house project in Batam will commence topping off in stages in early September
2024. Concurrently, Triniti Land will also launch the second phase of Glenn The Hive at Marc’s
Boulevard.

Jessica Andreanie, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Marc’s Boulevard, stated, “Marc’s Boulevard is
a Triniti Land project located in the heart of Batam. With its highly strategic location, Glenn The Hive
offers a modern and high-quality residential concept that is comfortable for its residents. The first
phase features fully furnished units allowing consumers to move in immediately. We will also launch
the second phase of Glenn The Hive at the end of this year with a different concept, aiming to meet

Glenn The Hive is a luxury landed house project with a minimalist design, featuring 2.5-story luxury

Paul Lane Business Loft Development Progress

In addition to Glenn The Hive, Triniti Land will also conduct the topping off of its shophouse project,
Paul Lane Business Loft, in stages starting December 2024. Paul Lane Business Loft is an exclusive
shophouse project priced from IDR 3 billion, offering 24 units of shophouses with balconies and views
of Batam’s sea.

The shophouses feature a corridor with stairs providing access for both tenants and visitors to the 2nd
and 3rd floors. In addition to the external stairs, there are internal stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors,
allowing a single unit to be rented or used by multiple tenants. Paul Lane Business Loft also has a main
