                                              Disclosure Information of Establishment of Joint Venture by PT
 Type of Material Information or Facts        Archi Indonesia Tbk.

 Description of Material Information or       The Company with a third party company PT Ormat
 Facts                                        Geothermal Indonesia (Ormat), established a Joint Venture
                                              company, namely PT Toka Tindung Geothermal, with
                                              shareholding percentages of the Company and Ormat are 5%
                                              (five percent) and 95% (ninety five percent), respectively.

                                              The Companys 5% (five percent) shareholding percentages as
                                              mentioned above is amounting to Rp. 550,000,000 (five
                                              hundred fifty million Rupiah) whereas such amount is not equal
                                              or exceeding 20% (twenty percent) of the Companys equity
                                              and therefore is not a Material Transaction in accordance to
                                              the Financial Service Authority Regulation No.
                                              17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transaction and
                                              Change of Business Activity.

                                              This Joint Venture Company is designed to cooperate in the
                                              joint development of the exploration drilling program and the
                                              design, engineering, procurement, financing, construction,
                                              testing, commissioning, ownership, management, operation
                                              and maintenance of the geothermal facilities to be executed
                                              within the Mining Concessions of the Companys Subsidiaries
                                              which are PT Meares Soputan Mining and PT Tambang
                                              Tondano Nusajaya.
