RUPO dihadiri 150.000.000.000 yang mewakili 96,15% (Kuorum)
Hasil Rapat
Hasil rapat adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Menyetujui perpanjangan jangka waktu selama 2 (dua) tahun untuk pembayaran Nilai Pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan II PP Properti Tahap III Tahun 2021 Seri B sehingga menjadi jatuh tempo pada 5 (lima) tahun sejak
Tanggal Emisi atau pada tanggal 02-09-2026 (dua September dua ribu dua puluh enam), dan karenanya mengubah
pasal 5 ayat 3.1 huruf b Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan Obligasi Berkelanjutan II PP Properti Tahap III Tahun 2021,
yaitu Tanggal Pelunasan Pokok Obligasi Seri B.
2. Menyetujui penyesuaian suku bunga Obligasi Berkelanjutan II PP Properti Tahap III Tahun 2021 Seri B
menjadi 11,3% (sebelas koma tiga persen), dan karenanya mengubah pasal 5 ayat 4.1 Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan
Obligasi Berkelanjutan II PP Properti Tahap III Tahun 2021, yaitu Tingkat Bunga Obligasi Seri B.
3. Menyetujui atas keputusan RUPO mengenai perubahan Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan dan/atau perjanjian-
perjanjian lain sehubungan dengan Obligasi, berlaku efektif setelah berakhirnya RUPO ini, dan karenanya
mengubah pasal 10 ayat 10 Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan Obligasi Berkelanjutan II PP Properti Tahap III Tahun 2021.
4. Menyetujui untuk mengubah dan menyesuaikan ketentuan-ketentuan lain dalam Perjanjian
Perwaliamanatan Obligasi Berkelanjutan II PP Properti Tahap III Tahun 2021 sesuai dengan Keputusan RUPO ini.
5. Menyetujui memberikan kuasa dan wewenang dari Pemegang Obligasi kepada Wali Amanat untuk
melakukan negosiasi, penyesuaian, dan penandatanganan Akta Addendum III Perjanjian Obligasi Berkelanjutan II
PP Properti Tahap III Tahun 2021 atas Keputusan RUPO ini.

Agenda Approval of Changes in Bond Term and Adjustment of Bond Interest Rates
Execution of Meeting
Bond Holders General Meeting was attend by 150.000.000.000 that represented 96,15% (Quorum)
Result of Meeting
The result of the meeting is elaborated as follows :
1. Approved an extension of the period of 2 (two) years for the payment of the Principal Value of Sustainable Bond II
PP Properti Phase III Year 2021 Series B so that it matures in 5 (five) years from the Issuance Date or on 02-09-
2026 (two September two thousand twenty-six), and therefore amends article 5 paragraph 3.1 letter b of the
Sustainable Bonds Trusteeship Agreement II PP Properti Phase III 2021, namely the Principal Repayment Date for
the Series B Bonds.
2. Approved the adjustment of the interest rate for Sustainable Bonds II PP Properti Phase III 2021 Series B to
11.3% (eleven point three percent), and therefore changed article 5 paragraph 4.1 of the Trusteeship Agreement for
Sustainable Bonds II PP Properti Phase III 2021, namely the Rate Series B Bond Interest
3. Approve the RUPO's decision regarding changes to the Trustee Agreement and/or other agreements relating to
the Bonds, effective after the end of this RUPO, and therefore amend article 10 paragraph 10 of the 2021 PP
Properti II Shelf-Registered Bond Trusteeship Agreement.
4. Agree to amend and adjust other provisions in the 2021 PP Properti Continuous Bond II Trusteeship Agreement
Phase III in accordance with this RUPO Decision.
5. Approved to grant power and authority from the Bond Holders to the Trustee to negotiate, adjust and sign the
Deed of Addendum III to the Continuous Bond Agreement II PP Properti Phase III 2021 on this RUPO Decision.
