   yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
   sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015
   Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik,
   yang belum atau tidak disampaikan ke publik dan/atau Bursa.

   may affect the value of the company's stock or the investment decisions of investors as
   regulated by Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 Regarding the
   Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, which has not
   been disclosed to the public and/or IDX.

2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
   mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
   dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1.
   dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.

   diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1
   Lampiran Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 1
   Oktober 2022, yang belum atau tidak disampaikan ke publik dan/atau Bursa.

   affect the price of company stock or investment decisions of investors as stipulated in Rule Number
   I-E: Obligation to Submit Information provisions point III.2.1 Attachment to the Decree of the Board
   of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated October 1, 2022 which has
   not been or not submitted to the public and/or the IDX.

   Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.

   Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang
   material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan
   yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.

   the Company's stock price and its viability that has not been disclosed to the public.


4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
   diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
   Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

   Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya transaksi yang
   dilakukan oleh pemegang saham Perseroan tertentu dan tidak menerima laporan kepemilikan
   atau setiap perubahan kepemilikan saham perusahaan terbuka sebagaimana diatur dalam
   Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau
   Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas
   Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dari pemegang saham Perseroan.

   As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any transactions made by specific
   shareholders of the Company and has not received reports of ownership or any changes in
   ownership of shares of public companies as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority
   Regulation Number 4 Year 2024 Concerning Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Public
   Company Share Ownership and Report on Activities Pledging Shares of Public Company from
   the Company's shareholders.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
   termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
   Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
   Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
   plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least within
   the next 3 months)?

   Jawaban:
   Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
   korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
   pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

   As of the date of this letter, the Company does not have plans to take corporate actions in the
   near future, including corporate plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the
   Stock Exchange.
