Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk melakukan addendum perjanjian
kredit investasi dari PT Bank JTrust Indonesia ini dengan
tujuan membiayai project dari anak perusahaan yaitu PT
Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem untuk pekerjaan yang meliputi
Wifi on stations, Commuterline, Passenger Information Display
dan Edge Data Center.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan dilakukannya Transaksi Kredit yang dilakukan PT
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk dari Bank JTrust dengan tujuan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, membiayai project dari anak perusahaan yaitu PT Integrasi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Jaringan Ekosistem (IJE) diharapkan bisa memperkuat
Perusahaan Publik permodalan IJE sehingga bisa lebih agresif dalam
mengerjakan project yang akan di kerjakan dan tentunya hal
ini akan berpengaruh baik pada kinerja keuangan Perseroan
secara konsolidasi.

Disclosure of information regarding the signing of the First
Type of Material Information or Facts Amendment Deed to the Credit Agreement and Loan
Disbursement from PT Bank JTrust Indonesia, with the
purpose of using the funds to finance the project of the
subsidiary, namely PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem.
Description of Material Information or PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk entered into this addendum to the
Facts investment credit agreement from PT Bank JTrust Indonesia
for the purpose of financing the project of its subsidiary,
namely PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem, covering works
including Wifi on Stations, Commuterline, Passenger
Information Display, and Edge Data Center.
Impact of event, material information or Through the Credit Transaction obtained by PT Solusi Sinergi
facts towards Issuers or Public Digital Tbk from Bank JTrust for the purpose of financing the
Company’s operational activities, legal, projects of its subsidiary, namely PT Integrasi Jaringan
financial condition, or going concern Ekosistem (IJE), it is expected to strengthen IJE capital
structure so that it can be more aggressive in carrying out
upcoming projects, which in turn is expected to positively
impact the Company consolidated financial performance.
