Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2024, Perseroan telah memperoleh
perpanjangan 2 tahun kontrak dari PT Quaker Indonesia untuk
memproduksi, memproses, mengemas, dan menyimpan
produk tertentu untuk dijual kepada PT. Quaker Indonesia
sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan melanjutkan produksi produk untuk PT. Quaker
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Indonesia.
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Dengan adanya Perjanjian tersebut maka terdapat keterikatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau antara Perseroan dengan PT. Quaker Indonesia dalam
Perusahaan Publik melaksanakan hak dan kewajiban sesuai dengan ketentuan
yang berlaku.
Dengan adanya Kerjasama tersebut maka Perseroan akan
memiliki pendapatan tambahan bagi Perseroan.
Dengan adanya Perjanjian tersebut maka Perseroan akan
memperoleh pendapatan tambahan sehingga
keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan menjadi lebih meningkat
dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham.
