Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas pengunduran diri Komisaris Independen dan Direktur
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut tidak berdampak signifikan pada Perseroan. Sampai
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dengan saat ini, kegiatan operasional Perseroan masih tetap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berlangsung sebagaimana mestinya
