Mei 2026. Keputusan ini saya ambil karena
alasan pribadi.

Saya menyadari bahwa sebagai Direktur
pada Perusahaan Terbuka, pengunduran diri
saya tunduk pada ketentuan POJK nomor
33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan
Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik serta Anggaran Dasar Perseroan. Oleh
karena itu, saya akan menunggu keputusan
resmi terkait permohonan ini melalui
mekanisme Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
(RUPS) yang akan diselenggarakan oleh
Perseroan.

Hereby wish to submit my resignation from
my position as Director of PT Diastika
Biotekindo Tbk, effective as of Monday, May
25, 2026. This decision has been made for
personal reasons.

TI understand that, as a Director of a Public
Company, my resignation is subject to the
provisions of POJK Regulation No.
33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners of
Issuers or Public Companies, as well as the
Companys Articles of Association.
Therefore, I will await the formal decision
regarding this resignation through the
mechanism of the General Meeting of
Shareholders (GMS/RUPS) to be convened
by the Company.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude
to all shareholders, the Board of
