Persetujuan atas pengunduran diri tersebut akan dinyatakan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada tanggal 25 Juni 2026. On May 25, 2026, the Company received a letter dated May 25, 2026, from Mr. Sundoyo, in his capacity as the Independent Commissioner and Ms. Marcella Angelin as the Director of the Company, submitting his resignation from his position as Independent Commissioner and Director of the Company. The approval of said resignation will be resolved in the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, the schedule on June 25, 2026 Dampak kejadian, informasi Impact of the Information Atas pengunduran diri Komisaris Independen dan Direktur tersebut tidak berdampak signifikan pada Perseroan.
