Beli saham dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
1. Para pihak:
a. Penjual: Perseroan dan PT Graha Investama
Andalan Terpadu
b. Pembeli: PT Kemilau Anugerah Upaya Bersama
2. Obyek Transaksi: kepemilikan saham di PT Data
Lake Indonesia:
a. Perseroan sebanyak 8.041 saham; dan
b. PT Graha Investama Andalan Terpadu sebanyak 301
saham
3. Nilai Transaksi keseluruhan sebesar Rp4.
171.000.000, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
a. Perseroan: Rp4.020.500.000
b. PT Graha Investama Andalan Terpadu: Rp150.

have signed a Deed of Sale and Purchase of shares with the
following details:
1. Parties:
a. Sellers: The Company and PT Graha Investama
Andalan Terpadu
b. Buyer: PT Kemilau Anugerah Upaya Bersama
2. Object of Transaction: share ownership in PT Data
Lake Indonesia:
a. The Company as many as 8,041 shares; and
b. PT Graha Investama Andalan Terpadu as many as
301 shares.
3. The total transaction value amounted to Rp4,
171,000,000, with details as follows:
a. Company: Rp4,020,500,000
b. PT Graha Investama Andalan Terpadu: Rp150,
