  Tanggapan Perseroan:

   Kami tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
  perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK tersebut.

  We are not aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the Company's
  securities or investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in that POJK.



2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi
   nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan
   Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1.
   Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.

  perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan tersebut.

  company's securities or influence investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in that Regulation.

3. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
   diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 Tentang Laporan
   Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan
   Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka?


  Is the Company aware of any activities carried out by a particular shareholder as regulated under
  Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Share Ownership
  or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on Share Pledging Activities of
  Public Companies?

  Tanggapan Perseroan:

  Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
  POJK tersebut.

  The Company is not aware of the activities of certain shareholders, as stipulated in that POJK.


4. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
   termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
   Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

  Does the Company have any plans to conduct corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
  plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next
  3 months)?

  Tanggapan Perseroan:

  Sampai dengan tanggal Surat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
  korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
  Perseroan di Bursa dalam 3 bulan datang. Apabila kedepannya terdapat rencana tindakan korporasi dari
  Perseroan, maka Perseroan akan melakukan keterbukaan atas informasi sesuai dengan peraturan yang
  berlaku.

  As at the date of this letter, the Company does not have plans to carry out any corporate actions in the
  near future, including corporate action that will result in the list of the Company’s shares on the Stock
  Extance within the next 3 months. If the Company intends to undertake any corporate action in the future,
  then the Company will duly disclose such information in compliance with the applicable laws and
  regulations.

   Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik

  Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
  Company's securities and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public.

   Tanggapan Perseroan:

  Sepanjang pengetahuan kami, tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat
  mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan
  kepada publik.

  To the best of our understanding, we are not aware of any other material information, facts, or
  events that could have an impact on the price of the Company's securities or its ability to continue
  operating that have not been made public.




6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
   Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu
   kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

  The plan of the major shareholder is related to his shareholding in the Company. In this case, the
  Corporate Secretary shall ask the major shareholders in answering the confirmation.

  Tanggapan Perseroan

  Berdasarkan informasi yang kami dapat selama ini, pemegang saham utama belum memiliki rencana
  untuk melakukan aksi korporasi yang terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya. Apabila kedepannya
  terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan, tentunya Perseroan
  akan melakukan keterbukaan atas informasi sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

  Based on the information we have obtained so far, the majority shareholder has no plans to carry out
  corporate actions related to its shareholding. If in the future there are plans of the majority shareholder
  regarding their share ownership in the Company, therefore, the Company will disclose such information
  in accordance with applicable regulations.
