Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan Hormat,
Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Republik Indonesia Nomor. 45/POJK.04/2024 tentang
Pengembangan dan Penguatan Emiten dan Perusahaan
Publik (POJK 45/2024) Jo. Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Republik Indonesia Nomor. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material (POJK
31/2015). Bersama ini Perseroan menyampaikan kembali
Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material terkait dengan
Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang
(PKPU) yang diajukan terhadap Perseroan dan sedang
diproses pada Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, pada tanggal 31 Agustus
2026, Perseroan telah mengakses Website Resmi Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Pusat melalui Platform Sistem Informasi
Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat
untuk memperoleh informasi dan perkembangan terkini terkait
perkara PKPU dimaksud. Berdasarkan informasi yang
diperoleh Perseroan melalui SIPP, terdapat perkembangan
terkait proses permohonan PKPU tersebut sebagaimana
diuraikan lebih lanjut dalam keterbukaan informasi ini.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas Putusan Penolakan PKPU tersebut, tidak terdapat
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan maupun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional Perseroan. Sehingga Perseroan tetap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dapat menjalankan kegiatan usaha sebagaimana biasa. Selain
Perusahaan Publik itu, tidak terjadi kondisi pelanggaran (default) atas perjanjian
pembiayaan seperti Obligasi, Sukuk, maupun fasilitas kredit
lainnya.

Report on Material Information and Facts Regarding the
Type of Material Information or Facts Decision on a Request for a Deferral of Debt Payment
Obligations
Description of Material Information or Sincerely,
Facts In accordance with Regulation of the Financial Services
Authority of the Republic of Indonesia No. 45/POJK.04/2024
concerning the Development and Strengthening of Issuers and
Public Companies (POJK 45/2024) in conjunction with
Regulation of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic
of Indonesia No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts (POJK 31/2015). The Company
hereby resubmits the Report on Material Information or Facts
regarding the Petition for Postponement of Debt Payment
Obligations (PKPU) filed against the Company and currently
being processed by the Commercial Court of the Central
Jakarta District Court.
In this regard, on August 31, 2026, the Company accessed the
official website of the Central Jakarta District Court via the
Central Jakarta District Courts Case Tracking Information
System (SIPP) platform to obtain the latest information and
updates regarding the aforementioned PKPU case. Based on
the information obtained by the Company through SIPP, there
have been developments regarding the PKPU petition
process, as further detailed in this disclosure.
Impact of event, material information or The decision to reject the PKPU application has not had a
facts towards Issuers or Public significant impact on the Companys financial performance or
Company’s operational activities, legal, operational activities. Consequently, the Company remains
financial condition, or going concern able to conduct its business as usual. Furthermore, there has
been no default on financing agreements such as bonds,
sukuk, or other credit facilities.
