Perusahaan Publik Sukarela atasSaham Perseroan, sebanyak-
banyaknya 5.852.756.250 (lima miliar delapan
ratus lima puluh dua juta tujuh ratus lima puluh
enam ribu dua ratus lima puluh) Saham dengan
nilai nominal Rp12,5 (dua belas koma lima
Rupiah) per Saham, yang mewakili 45% (empat
puluh lima persen) dari seluruh saham yang
telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam
Perseroan. Pada tanggal Pernyataan
Penawaran Tender Sukarela ini, Sight
Investment Company Pte. Limited. memiliki
1.352.637.000 (satu miliar tiga ratus lima puluh
dua juta enam ratus tiga puluh tujuh ribu)
Saham yang mewakili 10,4% (sepuluh koma
empat persen) dari seluruh saham yang telah
ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam
Perseroan (termasuk Saham yang dipegang
oleh Perseroan dari hasil pembelian kembali
saham). Sehingga, jumlah maksimum
Penawaran Tender Sukarela setelah
diselesaikannya Penawaran Tender Sukarela ini
adalah sebesar 7.205.393.250 (tujuh miliar dua
ratus lima juta tiga ratus sembilan puluh tiga ribu
dua ratus lima puluh) Saham yang mewakili
55,4% (lima puluh lima koma empat persen) dari
seluruh saham yang telah ditempatkan dan
disetor penuh dalam Perseroan.
Hal ini memungkinkan terjadinya perubahan
susunan pemegang saham pengendali
Perseroan.

facts towards Issuers or Public today, dated 1 July 2024, Sight Investment
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company Pte. Limited. applied for Voluntary
financial condition, or going concern Tender Offer of the Company's shares that are
the object of this Voluntary Tender Offer are a maximum of
5,852,756,250 (five billion eight
hundred and fifty-two million seven hundred and
fifty-six thousand two hundred and fifty) Shares
with a nominal value of Rp12.5 (twelve point five
Rupiah) per Share, representing 45% (forty-five
percent) of all shares that have been placed and
fully paid up in the Company. On the date of this
Voluntary Tender Offer Statement, Sight
Investment Company Pte. Limited. owns
1,352,637,000 (one billion three hundred and fifty-
two million six hundred and thirty-seven
thousand) of shares representing 10.4% (ten
point four percent) of all issued and fully paid
shares in the Company (including shares held
by the Company from the proceeds of share
repurchases). Thus, the maximum number of
Voluntary Tender Offers after the completion of
this Voluntary Tender Offer is 7,205,393,250
(seven billion two hundred and five million three
hundred and ninety three thousand two hundred
and fifty) Shares representing 55.4% (fifty-five
point four percent) of all shares that have been
issued and fully paid up in the Company.
This allows for a change in the composition of
the Company's controlling shareholders.
