Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Informasi ini diterbitkan sehubungan dengan transaksi
Perseroan untuk melaksanakan sewa-menyewa atas ruangan
dengan luas area 680 m2 (Enam Ratus Delapan Puluh Meter
Persegi) milik PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk (DGNS),
suatu perusahaan yang didirikan dan tunduk berdasarkan
hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di
Indonesia dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp. 9.180.000.000,-
(Sembilan Miliar Seratus Delapan Puluh Juta Rupiah)
(Transaksi). Transaksi merupakan transaksi afiliasi
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020
tentang Transaksi Afiliasi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan analisis kewajaran Rencana Transaksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sebagaimana diuraikan pada Keterbukaan Informasi ini dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, serta merujuk pada dokumen lampiran untuk informasi yang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau lebih rinci, Rencana Transaksi Sewa Menyewa Ruang Kantor
Perusahaan Publik yang dilakukan oleh PT Bundamedik Tbk adalah Wajar.

Description of Material Information or This information is published in connection with the Company's
Facts transaction to lease an office space with an area of 680m2 (Six
hundred and Eighty Square Meters) owned by PT Diagnos
Laboratorium Utama Tbk (DGNS), a company established and
subject to the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia with
a transaction value of IDR 9,180,000,000,- (Nine Billion One
Hundred Eighty Million Rupiah) (Transaction). The transaction
is an affiliate transaction as intended in POJK No.
42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliate Transactions.
Impact of event, material information or Based on the analysis of the fairness of the Transaction Plan
facts towards Issuers or Public as described in this Information Disclosure and also referring
Company’s operational activities, legal, to the attached documents for more detailed information, the
financial condition, or going concern Office Space Lease Transaction Plan carried out by PT
