ini disampaikan bahwa telah dilakukan perubahan terhadap
Pasal 3 ayat (2) dan Pasal 16 ayat (1) huruf a Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan, yang dinyatakan dalam Akta Pernyataan
Keputusan Rapat Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan
Nomor 150 tanggal 29 Mei 2024 dibuat dihadapan Jose Dima
Satria, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta Selatan, yang telah
diterima dan dicatat oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia dengan Surat Nomor AHU-
0036440.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2024 tentang Persetujuan
Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan tanggal 20 Juni 2024,
yang mana telah diterima oleh Perseroan pada tanggal 21 Juni
2024.

Deed of the Meeting Resolutions Statement on Amendments
