Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Penjelasan: Terkait dengan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, Perseroan telah merealisasikan beberapa tahapan dalam proses Penawaran Umum Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV PTPP Tahap | Tahun 2024 dengan berpedoman pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 36/POJK.04/2014 tentang Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Efek bersifat Utang dan/atau Sukuk. Adapun selain Penawaran Umum Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV PTPP Tahap | Tahun 2024, pada 2 Juli 2024 terdapat jatuh tempo atas Obligasi Berkelanjutan | PTPP Tahap I Tahun 2021 Seri A dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I PTPP Tahap I Tahun 2021 Seri A. (PP) Empowering The Future S3 CONSTRUCTION & INVESTMENT Explanation: Related to corporate actions in the near future, the Company has realized several stages in the process of the Public Offering of PTPP Sustainable Bond IV Phase I Year 2024 by referring to the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 36/POJK.04/2014 concerning Sustainable Public Offerings of Debt Securities and/or Sukuk. In addition to the Public Offering of Sustainable Bonds IV PTPP Phase I Year 2024, on July 2”d, 2024 there is a maturity of Sustainable Bonds I PTPP Phase I Year 2021 Series A and Sustainable Sukuk Mudharabah I PTPP Phase I Year 2021 Series A. Regarding the maturity, PTPP has reported the Company's Readiness for Payment of PTPP Sustainable Bonds | Phase | Year 2021 Series A and PTPP Sustainable Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase I Year 2021 Series A to the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority through letter number 2227/EXT/PP/DK/2024 dated June 39, 2024. 6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
