                                              249/PM.023/2024 dated June 03rd, 2024 regarding
                                              Amendment and/or Addition of Information of Plan of Addition
                                              of Business Activity of PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara
                                              (controlled company of PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk) issued by
                                              Financial Services Authority to the Company, the Company is
                                              required to announce amendment and/or addition of the
                                              Disclosure of Information to the shareholders of the Company
                                              at the latest of 2 (two) business days before Annual General
                                              Meeting of Shareholders of Financial Year of 2023 of the
                                              Company (AGMS) is held (AGMS will be held by the Company
                                              on June 28th, 2024), in connection with plan of addition of
                                              business activity of the Company's controlled company,
                                              namely PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara (LCTN)
                                              (Disclosure of Information). Given that LCTN's revenue
                                              contribution is more than 20% (twenty percent) of the
                                              Company's revenue based on the Consolidated Financial
                                              Statements as of December 31, 2023 and for the Year then
                                              Ended with the Independent Auditor's Report of the Company,
                                              then to carry out addition of business activity of LCTN, the
                                              Company is required to obtain prior approval from the general
                                              meeting of shareholders of the Company. The Company plans
                                              to request the said approval through AGMS.

 Impact of event, material information or     The addition of business activity of LCTN is expected to give a
 facts towards Issuers or Public              positive impact to the Company's business sustainability and
 Company’s operational activities, legal,     will impact to the Company's financial condition. With regard to
 financial condition, or going concern        the plan of addition of business activity of LCTN, the
