On May 13, 2026, PT Bank Digital BCA held an Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders (“EGMS”) that resolved to appoint Mr. Aditya Wahyu Windarwo as
Director, effective on the first business day of the following month after PT Bank
Digital BCA receives approval from the OJK for the appointment.

On August 5, 2026, the OJK issued Decision No. KEPR-140/D.03/2026 regarding
the Results of the Fitand Proper Test for Mr. Aditya Wahyu Windarwo as Business
Director of PT Bank Digital BCA.
