Clarification reguest from IDX

Berdasarkan pemantauan BEI terhadap aktivitas transaksi efek PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk,
dengan ini BEI informasikan bahwa telah terjadi fluktuasi harga dan aktivitas transaksi efek
perseroan, sebagai berikut :

Based on the IDX's monitoring of the trading activities of the shares of PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama
Tbk, the IDX hereby informs that there has been a fluctuation in the price and trading activity of
the Company's shares, as follows:

BEI informasikan bahwa pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2026 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan
harga saham PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk. (NICE) sebagai berikut:

The IDX further informs that on August 27, 2026, there was an increase in trading activity and
the share price of PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk (NICE), as follows:

1) Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 59.766.400 saham dengan frekuensi 9.913
kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 16.680.600 saham dengan frekuensi
1.960 kali.

Trading activity increased to 59,766,400 shares with a trading freguency of 9,918 times,
compared to the previous trading day of 16,680,600 shares with a trading Ireguency of 1,960
times.

2) Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp 48 atau 14,12 Ys dari harga penutupan sebelumnya
pada Rp 340 menjadi Rp 388
The closing price increased by Rp 48 or 14.1214 from the previous closing price of Rp 340 to
Rp 388

Atas dasar hal tersebut, BEI mohon penjelasan tertulis dari Perseroan untuk diumumkan kepada
publik mengenai hal-hal sebagai berikut:

berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2026 yang telah ditelaah secara terbatas (Limited Review) kepada
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tanggal 24 Agustus 2026 melalui
mekanisme penyampaian informasi yang berlaku./ The Company has submitted the Company's
Interim Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2026 (Limited Review) to the
Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and PT Bursa Efek Indonesia on August
24, 2026, through the applicable information disclosure mechanism.

Selain dari laporan tersebut, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material
lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang
Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, yang belum
disampaikan kepada publik.

Other than the above report, the Company is not aware of any other material information or facts
that may affect the value of the Company's share or investors' investment decisions as stipulated
in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure

Sebagaimana telah disampaikan pada jawaban atas Pertanyaan No 1 di atas, Perseroan telah
menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal
30 Juni 2026 yang telah ditelaah secara terbatas (Limited Review) kepada Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan dan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tanggal 24 Agustus 2026 melaiui mekanisme
penyampaian informasi yang berlaku.

As explained in the answer to the @uestion No. 1 above, the Company has submitted the
Company's Interim Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2026 (Limited Review)
to the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and PT Bursa Efek Indonesia on
August 24, 2026, through the applicable information disclosure mechanism.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas, Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa sampai
dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi
dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang dapat berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa, paling tidak dalam 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang.

In relation to the above matter, the Company hereby confirms that as of the date of this
disclosure, the Company does not have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near
future, including any corporate plans that may result in changes to the listing of the Company's
shares on the Stock Exchange, at least within the next three (3) months.

Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material
dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang
belum diungkapkan, selain yang sudah disampaikan kepada Publik.

As of the date of this disclosure, there is no other important informationffacts/events that are
material and may affect the Company's share price and the Company's business continuity that
have not been disclosed, other than those that have been submitted to the Public.

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam
hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang
saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Plans of the controlling shareholder regarding its share ownership in the Company. In this regard,
we kindly reguest the Corporate Secretary to first obtain confirmation from the controlling
shareholder prior to providing the response to such confirmation.

Sampai dengan saat ini, pemegang saham mayoritas Perseroan, PT Energy Battery Indonesia
(EBI), menyatakan bahwa EBI bermaksud untuk mempertahankan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan.

As of the date of this disclosure, the Company's majority shareholder, PT Energy Battery
Indonesia (EBI), informed that it intends to maintain its shareholding in the Company.
