Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang
(PKPU) yang sedang berjalan di Pengadilan
Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat yang ditujukan
kepada Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas Permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak terdapat dampak yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan signifikan terhadap kinerja
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan maupun kegiatan operasional Perseroan. sehingga
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan tetap dapat menjalankan
Perusahaan Publik kegiatan usaha sebagaimana biasa. Selain itu, tidak terjadi
kondisi pelanggaran (default) atas
perjanjian pembiayaan seperti Obligasi, Sukuk, maupun
fasilitas kredit lainnya.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the Regulation of the Financial Services
Facts Authority of the Republic of Indonesia on the Development and
Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies (POJK
45/2024) in conjunction with the Regulation of the Financial
Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia on
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts (POJK 31/2015),
and with reference to the Report
on Material Information and Facts regarding the Application for
a Stay of Debt Payment Obligations by PT Adhi Commuter
Properti Tbk dated May 7, 2026.
The Company hereby resubmits the Report on Material
Information or Facts related to the
Request for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations
(PKPU) currently pending before the
Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court, which
is directed at the Company.
Impact of event, material information or The filing of the PKPU petition has not had a significant impact
facts towards Issuers or Public on the Company financial performance or operational
Company’s operational activities, legal, activities. Consequently, the Company is able to continue
financial condition, or going concern conducting its business as usual. Furthermore, there has been
no default on financing agreements such as bonds, sukuk, or
other credit facilities.
