  Tanggapan Perseroan / Company Response:

   Kami tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
  perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK tersebut.

  We are not aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the Company's
  securities or investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in that POJK.



2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi
   nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan
   Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1.
   Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.

  Kami tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
  perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan tersebut.

  We are not aware of any information or material facts that may have an impact on the value of the
  company's securities or influence investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in that Regulation.

   Tanggapan Perseroan/Company Response:

  Sepanjang pengetahuan kami, tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat
  mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan
  kepada publik.

  To the best of our understanding, we are not aware of any other material information, facts, or
  events that could have an impact on the price of the Company's securities or its ability to continue
  operating that have not been made public.

4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
   diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
   Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.


  Tanggapan Perseroan/Company Response:

  Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
  POJK tersebut.

  The Company is not aware of the activities of certain shareholders, as stipulated in that POJK.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
   termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
   Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

  Does the Company have any plans to conduct corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
  plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next
  3 months)?


  Tanggapan Perseroan/Company Response:

  Perseroan dalam waktu dekat akan melakukan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan sebagaimana
  yang telah diungkapkan dalam keterbukaan informasi di halaman website Bursa Efek Indonesia
  ataupun website Perseroan. Selain daripada itu, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
  tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat (3 bulan mendatang), termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan
  berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

   The Company would like to convene Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders as disclosed in the
   disclosure of information in the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange or Company website. Other than
   that, the Company does not have any immediate plans to take any corporate actions (within the next
   three months.), including plans that would result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock
   Exchange.


6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
   mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
   menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

  The plan of the major shareholder is related to his shareholding in the Company. In this case, the
  Corporate Secretary shall ask the major shareholders in answering the confirmation.

  Tanggapan Perseroan/Company Response

  Berdasarkan informasi yang kami dapat selama ini, pemegang saham utama belum memiliki rencana
  untuk melakukan aksi korporasi yang terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya. Apabila kedepannya
  terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan, tentunya Perseroan
  akan melakukan keterbukaan atas informasi sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

  Based on the information we have obtained so far, the majority shareholder has no plans to carry out
  corporate actions related to its shareholding. If in the future there are plans of the majority shareholder
  regarding their share ownership in the Company, therefore, the Company will disclose such information
  in accordance with applicable regulations.
