Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - SSIA mencatat awal yang kuat di tahun 2026 dengan total
pendapatan sebesar Rp 1.446,0 miliar pada 1Q26 atau
meningkat 35,0% YoY. Kinerja solid ini terutama didorong oleh
segmen Properti sebesar Rp 494,9 miliar (+202,1% YoY),
segmen Konstruksi sebesar Rp 835,5 miliar (-5,9% YoY), dan
segmen Hospitality sebesar Rp 162,5 miliar (+59,2% YoY).
- Pertumbuhan pendapatan tersebut mendorong peningkatan
signifikan pada profitabilitas, dengan laba kotor mencapai Rp
451,9 miliar (+125,1% YoY). Peningkatan margin terjadi di
seluruh segmen usaha, dengan margin bruto segmen Properti
kembali ke level 55,3% (vs 42,2% pada 1Q25), segmen
Konstruksi sebesar 11,8% (vs 10,5%), dan segmen Hospitality
sebesar 51,6% (vs 46,8%).
- EBITDA SSIA meningkat signifikan menjadi Rp 271,8 miliar
(+649,0% YoY), serta telah melampaui pencapaian sepanjang
tahun 2025. Hal ini terutama didukung oleh kontribusi segmen
Properti sebesar Rp 240,7 miliar dan segmen Konstruksi
sebesar Rp 64,7 miliar, sementara segmen Hospitality masih
mencatat EBITDA negatif sebesar Rp 9,0 miliar.
- SSIA berhasil membalikkan rugi bersih pada 1Q25 menjadi
laba bersih sebesar Rp 89,0 miliar pada 1Q26, dengan margin
laba bersih sebesar 6,2% pada periode tersebut.

Type of Material Information or Facts Momentum
Description of Material Information or - SSIA recorded a strong start to 2026, with total revenue
Facts reaching Rp 1,446.0 billion in 1Q26, representing a 35.0% YoY
increase. This solid performance was primarily driven by
Property Segment recorded at Rp 494.9 billion (+202.1%
YoY), Construction Segment with Rp 835.5 billion (-5.9% YoY)
and Hospitality Segment with Rp 162.5 billion (+59.2% YoY).
- The strong topline growth translated into a significant
improvement in profitability, with gross profit rising to Rp 451.9
billion (+125.1% YoY). Gross margin expansion was observed
across all segments with property business segment back to
55.3% level (vs 42.2% in 1Q25), followed by construction
segment with 11.8% (vs 10.5% in 1Q25) and hospitality
segment with 51.6% (vs 46.8% in 1Q25)
- SSIA EBITDA surged to Rp 271.8 billion (+649.0% YoY),
already surpassing the full year 2025 level. This was mainly
supported by property segment with Rp 240.7 billion,
construction segment with Rp 64.7 billion and hospitality
segment still recorded a negative EBITDA with Rp 9.0 billion.
- SSIA successfully turned around its 1Q25 net loss, delivering
a strong net income of Rp 89.0 billion in 1Q26, with a net profit
margin of 6.2% for the quarter.
