We, Pacific Universal Investments Pte. Ltd., hereby submit a copy of our letter No. 008/PUI/V/2026,
dated 8 May 2026, regarding the Notification of Acguisition addressed to the Financial Services
Authority/Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) through email: mailingroomsumitro@ojk.go.id, informing
that on 8 May 2026, we completed the acguisition transaction from PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang
of 8,466,000,000 shares in PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. (the “Company”), representing 5194 of the total
issued and paid-up capital of the Company, at a price of Rp.1,395 per share, or with a total
acguisition value of Rp.11,810,070,000,000 (attached).

In connection with the acguisition, we kindly reguest the Company's assistance to upload the
notification letter (attached) through the Company's Electronic Reporting System / Sistem
Pemberitahuan Elektronik (“SPE”) for submission to OJK and IDX only, and to upload the attached
Acguisition Announcement for announcement to the public.

We also aitach the POA authorising the Company to publish the Acguisition Announcement.
