LTD., perusahaan swasta terbatas yang dikecualikan oleh saham yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Singapura dengan alamat terdaftar di 18 Robinson Road #06-01, 18 Robinson, Singapore 048547, selanjutnya disebut sebagai “Pemberi Kuasa” atau “PUT”, dengan ini memberikan kuasa kepada: PT MITRA ADIPERKASA, Tbk., suatu perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum negara Republik Indonesia, berkantor di Jakarta, dengan alamat Gedung Sahid Sudirman Center lantai 29 Jl. Sudirman kav. 86, Kelurahan Karet Tengsin, Kecamatan Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat, DKJ Jakarta 10220, selanjutnya disebut sebagai “Penerima Kuasa” atau “Perseroan”. -KHUSUS Untuk dan atas nama Pemberi Kuasa selaku pengendali Perseroan, melakukan pengumuman kepada publik mengenai terjadinya pengambilalihan Perseroan oleh PUI, dalam rangka pemenuhan kewajiban pengumuman berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 7 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka, beserta — ketentuan pelaksanaannya. Untuk keperluan pelaksanaan kuasa tersebut di atas, Penerima Kuasa berwenang untuk: POWER OF ATTORNEY The undersigned: PACIFIC UNIVERSAL INVESTMENTS PTE. LTD., an exempt private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Singapore with the registered office at 18 Robinson Road #06-01, 18 Robinson, Singapore 048547, hereinafter referred to as “Principa?” or “PUT”, hereby grants power of attorney to: PT MITRA ADIPERKASA, Tbk., a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with its office in Jakarta at Sahid Sudirman Center Building 29" Floor Jl. Jend. Sudirman kav. 86, Karet Tengsin Sub-District, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 10220, hereinafter referred to as the “Attorney” or “Company”. SPECIFICALLY- for and on behalf of the Principal as the controller of the Company, to make a public announcement regarding the occurrence of the acguisition of the Company by PUI, in order to fulfill the announcement obligation under Article 7 of Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) Regulation Number 4 of 2024 regarding Report on Share Ownership or Changes in Share Ownership in a Public Company and Activities Relating to the Pledging of Shares in a Public Company, together with its implementing regulations. For the purpose of exercising the powers granted above, the Attorney is authorized to:

Menyampaikan, — mengunggah, — dan/atau mempublikasikan pengumuman mengenai terjadinya pengambilalihan Perseroan oleh PUI melalui sistem pelaporan elektronik atau sarana lain yang berlaku: dan Melakukan tindakan administratif lain yang diperlukan untuk memastikan pengumuman tersebut dapat dilakukan secara benar dan tepat waktu sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan pasar modal yang berlaku. Pemberian kuasa ini tidak mengalihkan tanggung jawab hukum PUI sebagai pihak yang berkewajiban berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan pasar modal yang berlaku. Surat kuasa ini berlaku sejak tanggal ditandatangani sampai dengan selesainya pengumuman kepada publik mengenai terjadinya pengambilalihan Perseroan oleh PUI. kuasa ini dibuat dan ditandatangani pada tanggal 8 Mei 2026. Nama/Name: Zoe4 Ho Ziwei Jabatan/Position: Director Submit, upload, and/or publish the announcement regarding the occurrence of the acguisition of the Company by PUI through the applicable electronic reporting system or any other applicable means: and Carry out any other administrative actions necessary to ensure that such announcement is made properly and in a timely manner in accordance with the applicable capital market regulations, This power of attorney shall not transfer the legal responsibility of PUI as the party subject to the obligations under the applicable capital market regulations. This power of attorney shall be effective as of the date hereof until the completion of the public announcement regarding the occurrence of the acguisition of the Company by PUI.
