2. Mr. Mahrauza Purnaditya was approved as Director of
Business of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen effective from 6 May
2026, based on OJK Decree No. KEPR-66/D.03/2026 dated 6
May 2026.

facts towards Issuers or Public In relation to operational activities, Mr. Noer Fajrieansyah and
Company’s operational activities, legal, Mr. Mahrauza Purnaditya have been duly authorized to carry
financial condition, or going concern out their duties and exercise their authority in their positions as
