In compliance with (i) OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2022 dated 18 August 2022 concerning The obligation to submit Periodic Financial Statements of Issuers or Public Companies, (ii) OJK Regulation No. 75/POJK.04/2017 dated 22 December 2017 concerning the Responsibilities of the Board of Directors for Financial Statements, and iii) IDX Regulation No. I-E dated 30 September 2022 concerning Amendment to Regulation No. I-E concerning Mandatory Disclosure of Information, we hereby submit a soft copy of the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and Subsidiaries for the 3 (Three) Months Periods Ended 31 March 2024.
