Modal Dengan Hak Memesan Efek terlebih Dahulu (HMETD)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan menawarkan sebesar 874.120.034 (delapan ratus
tujuh puluh empat juta seratus dua puluh ribu tiga puluh
empat) Saham Baru atau sekitar 25,00% (dua puluh lima
koma nol nol persen) dari jumlah saham yang ditempatkan
dan disetor penuh setelah PMHMETD I dengan nilai nominal
Rp100,- (seratus Rupiah) per saham (Saham HMETD). Setiap
pemegang 3 (tiga) Saham Lama yang namanya tercatat dalam
Daftar Pemegang Saham (DPS) pada tanggal 5 Juni 2024
pukul 16.00 WIB berhak atas sebanyak 1 (satu) HMETD,
dimana setiap 1 (satu) HMETD memberikan hak kepada
pemegangnya untuk membeli sebanyak 1 (satu) Saham Baru
dengan Harga Pelaksanaan sebesar Rp465,- (empat ratus
enam puluh lima Rupiah), yang harus dibayar penuh pada
saat mengajukan pemesanan pelaksanaan HMETD. Jumlah
dana yang akan diterima oleh Perseroan dalam PMHMETD I
ini adalah sebesar Rp406.465.815.810,- (empat ratus enam
miliar empat ratus enam puluh lima juta delapan ratus lima
belas ribu delapan ratus sepuluh Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Diharapkan rencana Perseroan ini memberikan dampak yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan positif bagi kelangsungan usaha Perseroan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Type of Material Information or Facts Plans with Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD)
Description of Material Information or The Company is offering 874.120.034 (eight hundred seventy
Facts four million one hundred twenty thousand thirty four) New
Shares or approximately 25% (twenty five percent) of the
number of issued and fully paid shares after PMHMETD I with
nominal value of IDR 100,- (one hundred Rupiah) per share
(HMETD Shares). Every holder of 3 (three) Old Shares whose
name is recorded in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) on 5
June 2024 at 16.00 WIB is entitled to 1 (one) HMETD, where
every 1 (one) HMETD gives the holder the right to purchase 1
(one) New Share with an Exercise Price of Rp. 465,- (four
hundred and sixty five Rupiah), which must be paid in full
when submitting an order for the exercise of HMETD. The
amount of funds that will be received by the Company in this
PMHMETD I is IDR 406.465.815.810,- (four hundred six billion
four hundred sixty five million eight hundred fifteen thousand
eight hundred and ten Rupiah).
