di sekitar kawasan PIK 2, pada 28 Maret 2023 Perseroan

dengan merenovasi Masjid Nuruh Bahar dan membangun
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam I yang berlokasi di Kelurahan
Kamal Muara, Jakarta Utara. Prosesisi peletakan batu pertama
dilakukan oleh Heru Budi Hartono selaku PJ Gubernur DKI Jakarta
bersama Founder Agung Sedayu Group Sugianto Kusuma.

13 September 2023, Perseroan mengambil inisiatif untuk
menyalurkan bantuan air bersih bagi masyarakat di wilayah
Desa di Kecamatan Teluknaga, Kabupaten Tangerang. Perseroan
menyediakan armada truk berisi air bersih di salah satu lokasi,
sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah memperoleh air
bersih untuk berbagai kebutuhan sehari-hari.
