Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Penentuan jumlah penerimaan maksimal ("Jumlah
Penerimaan Maksimal") sehubungan dengan penawaran
("Penawaran Tender") oleh Indika Energy Capital IV Pte. Ltd.
("IEC IV") kepada para pemegang atas US$675.000.000
8,25% Surat Utang Senior jatuh tempo pada 2025 yang
diterbitkan oleh IEC IV yang masih terhutang ("Surat Utang
Lama") sebagaimana telah disampaikan dalam Keterbukaan
Informasi No. 032/IE/CSL/ LET/IV/2024 tanggal 18 April 2024.
Pada tanggal 25 April 2024, sebagai kelanjutan dari
penentuan harga (pricing) atas Surat Utang Baru
(sebagaimana telah disampaikan dalam Keterbukaan
Informasi No. 034/IE/CSL/LET/IV/2024 tanggal 25 April 2024),
Jumlah Penerimaan Maksimal sehubungan dengan
Penawaran Tender adalah sebesar US$350 juta dalam jumlah
pokok keseluruhan dari Surat Utang Lama.
IEC IV telah menentukan bahwa untuk Surat Utang Lama
yang sah ditawarkan (dan secara sah penawaran tidak ditarik
kembali) dan diterima untuk pembelian sesuai dengan
Penawaran Tender adalah sebesar US$962,50 untuk setiap
jumlah pokok Surat Utang Lama sebesar US$1.000.
Uraian lebih lanjut sehubungan dengan Jumlah Penawaran
Maksimal sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam pengumuman SGX-
ST (versi Inggris dan terjemahan Bahasa Indonesia) tertanggal
25 April 2024 sehubungan dengan Jumlah Penerimaan
Maksimal sebagaimana terlampir.

Determination of Maximum Acceptance Amount in Relation to
Type of Material Information or Facts The Offer by Indika Energy Capital IV Pte. Ltd. to The Holders
of Its Outstanding US$675 million 8.25% Senior Notes Due
2025
Description of Material Information or Determination of maximum acceptance amount ("Maximum
Facts Acceptance Amount") in relation to the offer ("Tender Offer")
by Indika Energy Capital IV Pte. Ltd. ("IEC IV") to the holders
of its outstanding US$675,000,000 8.25% Senior Notes Due
2025 issued by IEC IV ("Existing Notes") as has been
disclosed in the Disclosure of Information No. 032/IE/CSL/
LET/IV/2024 dated 18 April 2024.
On 25 April 2024, following the pricing of the New Notes (as
announced in the Disclosure of Information No.
034/IE/CSL/LET/IV/2024 dated 25 April 2024), the Maximum
Acceptance Amount in respect of the Tender Offer is US$350
million in aggregate principal amount of the Existing Notes.
IEC IV has determined the consideration for the Existing Notes
validly tendered (and not validly withdrawn) and accepted for
purchase pursuant to the Tender Offer is US$962.50 per
US$1,000 principal amount of Existing Notes.
Further detail on the Maximum Acceptance Amount is as
described in the SGX-ST announcement (in English version
and Bahasa Indonesia translation) dated 25 April 2024 in
relation to the Maximum Acceptance Amount as attached.
