                                            Dampak Aspek Keuangan.
                                            Pembatalan rencana pembelian kapal tidak menimbulkan
                                            dampak keuangan yang signifikan terhadap Perusahaan.
                                            Sehubungan dengan belum adanya pembayaran cicilan atau
                                            pengeluaran investasi atas kapal tersebut, pembatalan
                                            transaksi tidak mengakibatkan kewajiban pengembalian dana
                                            maupun kerugian material.

                                            Dampak Aspek Hukum.
                                            Pembatalan rencana pembelian kapal tidak menimbulkan
                                            dampak hukum terhadap Perusahaan. Berdasarkan
                                            kesepakatan bersama Para Pihak dan ketentuan dalam
                                            Kontrak Pembangunan Kapal, persyaratan pendahuluan
                                            (conditions precedent) untuk berlakunya kontrak belum
                                            terpenuhi, termasuk belum diterbitkannya Corporate
                                            Guarantee dan belum dilakukannya pembayaran cicilan
                                            pertama. Oleh karena itu, Kontrak Pembangunan Kapal
                                            menjadi batal dan tidak berlaku serta tidak lagi mempunyai
                                            kekuatan atau akibat hukum.

                                            Dampak Kelangsungan Usaha.
                                            Pembatalan transaksi pembelian kapal tidak menimbulkan
                                            dampak material terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perusahaan.
                                            Kegiatan operasional dan strategi bisnis Perusahaan tetap
                                            dapat dijalankan dengan mengoptimalkan armada yang
                                            tersedia.

                                                Impact of Financial Condition.
                                                The cancellation of the planned vessel purchase does not
                                                have a significant financial impact on the Company. As no
                                                installment payments or capital expenditures in respect of the
                                                vessel have been made, the cancellation of the transaction
                                                does not result in any obligation to refund funds or any
                                                material loss.
                                                Impact of Laws.
                                                The cancellation of the planned vessel purchase does not
                                                have any legal impact on the Company. Based on the mutual
                                                agreement of the Parties and the provisions of the Shipbuilding
                                                Agreement, the conditions precedent to the effectiveness of
                                                the Contract had not been fulfilled, including the issuance of
                                                the Corporate Guarantee and the payment of the first
                                                installment. Accordingly, the Shipbuilding Agreement was
                                                cancelled and became null and void, and shall no longer have
                                                any legal force or effect.
                                                Impact of Business Continuity.
                                                The cancellation of the vessel purchase transaction does not
                                                have a material impact on the Company going concern. The
                                                Company operational activities and business strategy can
                                                continue to be carried out by optimizing the available fleet.
