                             ANNOUNCEMENT
                ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS and
              EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                  PT GRAHA PRIMA MENTARI Tbk (“Company”)


Shareholders are hereby notified that the Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGMS) and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS)
(“Meeting”) physically and electronically through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System
application (“eASY.KSEI ”) on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

In accordance with the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and taking into
account the Financial Services Authority Regulation ("POJK") No.15/POJK.04/2020
concerning Planning and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Public
Companies ("POJK 15/2020") and POJK No.16/ POJK.04/2020 concerning the Implementation
of Electronic General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies ("POJK 16/2020") the
invitation to the Meeting will be announced via the eASY.KSEI website, the Indonesian Stock
Exchange website and the Company's website on 08 May 2024.

Shareholders who have the right to attend or be represented at the Meeting are shareholders
whose names are registered in the Company's shareholder register and/or owners of the
balance of the Company's shares in securities sub-accounts in the collective custody of PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) on 07 May 2024 until at 16.00 WIB.

Every proposal from the Company's Shareholders will be included in the Meeting agenda if it
meets the requirements stated in Article 16 POJK 15/2020 of the Company's Articles of
Association and is received by the Company's Board of Directors no later than 7 (seven) days
before the date of the invitation to the Meeting.
