Dengan ini diberitahukan kepada Para Pemegang Saham PT First Media Tbk (“Perseroan”)
bahwa Perseroan akan mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan pada hari Rabu,
29 Mei 2024 (“RUPST") secara fisik dan elektronik dengan acara — acara sesuai dengan Iklan
Panggilan Rapat
We hereby notify the Shareholders PT First Media Tbk (“Company”) that the Company will hold
an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 ("AGMS") physically
and electronically with agenda in accordance with the Meeting Invitation Advertisement.
Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 17 POJK No. 15/POJK.04/2020 tentang Rencana dan
Penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perusahaan Terbuka (“POJK No. 15 Tahun
2020") dan Pasal 21 ayat 2 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, panggilan RUPST beserta acara —
acaranya akan diunggah pada situs web Perseroan (https://www.firstmedia.co.id/ ), situs web
Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs web PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) pada hari
Selasa, tanggal 07 Mei 2024.
In accordance with Article 17 POJK No. 15/POJK.04/2020 regarding the Plan and Conduct of
Shareholders General Meeting of Public Company (POJK No. 15 Tahun 2020”) and Article 21.2
of the Company's Article of Association, the Invitation for the Meeting and its agenda will be
uploaded to the Company's website (https://www.firstmedia.co.id/ ), the website of Indonesia
Stock Exchange and the website of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (“KSEI”) on
Tuesday, May 07 2024.
Pemegang saham yang berhak hadir dalam RUPST adalah Pemegang Saham yang namanya
tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada hari Senin, 6 Mei 2024 pukul 16.00
Waktu Indonesia Barat.
Shareholders who are entitled to attend the AGMS are Shareholders whose names are registered
in the Company's Register of Shareholders on Monday, 6 May 2024 at 16.00 West Indonesia
Time.

, F T PT FIRST MEDIA TBK iks Perseroan mengimbau kepada Para Pemegang Saham untuk memberikan kuasa melalui (i) fasilitas Electronic General Meeting System KSEI (eASYKSEI) dalam tautan https://akses.ksei.co.id yang disediakan oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia atau (ii) mengunduh formulir surat kuasa yang tersedia di situs web Perseroan, untuk memberikan kuasa kepada Biro Administrasi Efek yaitu PT Sharestar Indonesia sebagai mekanisme pemberian kuasa secara elektronik dalam proses penyelenggaraan RUPST. The Company urges the Shareholders to provide power of attorney through (i) KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI) facility at the link https://akses.ksei.co.id that is provided by the Indonesian Central Securities Depository or (ii) download the power of attorney from available on the website of the Company, to authorize the Securities Administration, namely PT Sharestar Indonesia, as an electronic authorization mechanism in the process of organizing the AGMS. Pemegang saham dapat mengajukan usulan mata acara RUPST dengan memenuhi ketentuan dalam Pasal 16 POJK No. 15 tahun 2020, dan usul — usul tersebut harus diterima Direksi Perseroan selambat - lambatnya 7 (tujuh) hari sebelum tanggal Iklan Panggilan RUPST. The shareholders can propose a AGMS agenda by complying with the Article 16 of POJK No. 15 of 2020, and the proposals must be received by the Board Of Directors of the Company no later than 7 (seven) days before the date of Issuance of the AGMS Invitation Advertisement.
