Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat / Dear SirlMadam, Menunjuk surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Nomor S-03442/BEI.PP2/04-2024 tanggal 18 April 2024 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan atas Volatilitas Transaksi Efek, yang kami terima melalui IDX Net pada hari dan tanggal yang sama, maka kami dapat sampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut / Referting.fo the letter of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Number S-03442/BEI.PP2/04-2024dated 18 April 2024 regarding Reguest for Explanation regarding Securities Transaction Volatility, which we received via IDX Net on On the same date, we convey the following: Pada periode 3 s.d, 5 April 2024 telah terjadi penurunan harga dan peningkatan aktivitas saham PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk. (TIFA) sebagai berikut: 1. Harga ditutup menurun secara kumulatif sebesar Rp-108 atau -20,0096 dari harga penutupan hari bursa tanggal 2 April 2024 pada Rp540 menjadi Rp432. 2. Rata-rata aktivitas meningkat menjadi sebanyak 833 saham dengan frekuensi 2 kali dibandingkan hari bursa tanggal 2 April 2024 sebanyak 100 saham dengan frekuensi 1 kali. / In the period 3 to. & April 2024 there has been a decrease in prices and an increase in activity in shares of PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk. (TIFA) as follows: 1. The closing price decreased cumulatively by IDR-108 or -20.0056 from the closing price on the trading day on 2 April 2024 at IDR540 to IDR 32. 2. Average activity increased to 833 shares with a freguency of 2 times compared to the trading day on 2 April 2024 of 100 shares with a freguency of 1 time. Jawab/Answer : Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi (setidaknya dalam waktu 3 bulan mendatang), yang berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. / As of the date of this leter, the Company has no plans to take any corporate action (at least within the next 3 months), which would result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange.
