The Company is adjusting its Indonesia Standard Industrial
Classification (KBLI) codes from the 2020 version to KBL/ 2025 to
comply with the provisions of the Regulation of the BPS-Statistics
Indonesia Number 7 of 2025
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan bermaksud meiakukan penyesuaian kode KBU pada
material terse but terhadap kegiatan Anggaran Dasar sesuai klasifikasi KBLI 2025 sebagai bentuk
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan kepatuhan administratif terhadap regulasi pemerintah serta
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau untuk memastikan sinkronisasi data pada sistem OSS-RBA.

The impact of such information or Perseroan menegaskan bahwa penyesuaian kode numerik dan
material fact on operational activities, detail deskripsi ini tidak mengubah kegiatan operasional riil
legal, financial condition, or business maupun klasifikasi bintang hotel saat ini. Oleh karena itu,
continuity of Issuer or Public Company perubahan ini murni bersifat administratif dan bukan merupakan
perubahan kegiatan usaha sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK No.
17/2020.
Penyesuaian ini tidak berdampak material terhadap kondisi
keuangan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Dampak
hukum yang timbul terbatas pada pemutakhiran Anggaran Dasar
agar selaras dengan standar KBLI 2025.
The Company intends to adjust the Indonesian Standard Business
Classification (KBLI) codes in its Articles of Association to align
with the 2025 KBLI standards. This update serves as a form of
administrative compliance with government regulations and
ensures data synchronization within the 055-RBA system.
The Company emphasizes that these adjustments-covering both
numerical codes and descriptions-do not alter its actual
operational activities or current hotel star classification.
Accordingly, this change is purely administrative and does not
constitute a 'change of business activities' as defined under POlK
No. 17/2020.
This adjustment has no material impact on the Company's
financial condition or business continuity. The legal implications
are strictly limited to updating the Articles of Association for
regulatory alignment.
5. Keterangan lain-lain Penyesuaian Kode KBLI 2020 menjadi KBLI 2025 kami sampaikan
Others dalam surat terlampir.
The adjustments to the KBLI 2020 code to the KBLI 2025 code are
outlined in the attached letter.
