INTRODUCTION
The Company’s Disclosure of Information to its shareholders (the “Disclosure”) details the adjustment of the Indonesian
Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) from the 2020 version to the 2025 version, as mandated by the Regulation of the
Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Number 7 of 2025.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors hereby announces this Disclosure via the Company’s and the Indonesia Stock
Exchange’s (IDX) websites. This announcement aims to provide shareholders with a comprehensive overview and clear
information regarding the adjustments made to the Company’s business activities.
COMPANY PROFILE
1. Brief History
PT Sunter Lakeside Hotel Tbk was established in Sunter, North Jakarta, as part of the development of the tourism and
hospitality industry. Headquartered in Jakarta, the company operates in the hospitality sector and was originally founded
as PT Sunter Lakeside Hotel on November 15, 1991, under Deed of Establishment No. 32. The Deed of Amendment to the
Articles of Association No. 5, executed before Tjoek Ratriawan, S.H., a notary in Jakarta, was subsequently made on April
11, 1992. It was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. C2-
3836.HT.01.01.TH’92 on May 9, 1992. The company was officially registered with the West Jakarta District Court under
No. 920/1992 on August 25, 1992, and published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia, No. 81, Supplement
No. 5069, on October 9, 1992.
The Company began operating the Clarion Sunlake Hotel in 1995 and later renamed it Hotel Danau Sunter. Its Articles of
Association have been amended several times, most recently by Deed No. 4, dated November 12, 2020, drafted by Notary
Rahayu Ningsih, S.H., in Jakarta. This amendment formalized the Company's transition to a public entity, as confirmed by
the Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights in Acceptance Letter No. AHU-0075955.AH.01.02.Year 2020 on the
same date.
2. Purpose and Objectives of Business Activities
The Company is a service-oriented enterprise primarily focused on providing hotel accommodations. Based on Deed No.
04 dated November 12, 2020, executed before Rahayu Ningsih, S.H., a Notary in Jakarta, the Company’s primary business
activity is the provision of hospitality services, operated through its business unit, Hotel Sunlake Waterfront Resort &
Convention.
3. Composition of the Management and Supervision of the Company
Based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution of PT Sunter Lakeside Hotel Tbk No. 08 dated June 19, 2025,
executed before Rahayu Ningsih, S.H., Notary, which has been registered in the Register of Companies maintained by the
Ministry of Law and Human Rights on July 3, 2025, the composition of the Company's management is as follows:

EXPLANATION OF THE ADJUSTMENT OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
The Company intends to adjust the KBLI codes in its Articles of Association to align with the 2025 KBLI classifications. This
adjustment is made solely to comply with mandatory administrative requirements set by the Government of the Republic
of Indonesia and to ensure seamless data integration with the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA)
system.

Despite the changes in numerical codes and the addition of detailed descriptions within the Articles of Association, the
Company hereby affirms that there are no changes to the Company’s actual business operations or to the current hotel
star classifications held by the Company. This amendment is mandatory and administrative in nature, in accordance with
government regulations.
Therefore, this adjustment does not constitute a Change of Business Activity as stipulated under the Financial Services
Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020. Furthermore, this adjustment does not have any material impact on the
operational activities, financial condition, or business continuity of the Company.
