Kode Emiten BTPS Lampiran 3 Perihal Perubahan Kantor Akuntan Publik dan/atau Akuntan Publik Perubahan KAP Sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang diselenggarakan tanggal 20 Maret 2024 Berdasarkan Persetujuan RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Siddharta & Widjaja dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Ibu Novie, S.E, CPA untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut : Bahwa Ibu Novie, S.E, CPA sebagai Akuntan Publik yang akan memeriksa atau mengaudit buku dan catatan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun dalam mengaudit klien jasa keuangan, termasuk cabang bank asing, bank lokal terdaftar, bank joint venture, perusahaan multifinance, perusahaan sekuritas serta perusahaan manufaktur. Bahwa penunjukan KAP Siddharta, Widjaja & Rekan sebagai Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang akan memeriksa atau mengaudit buku dan catatan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 mempertimbangkan bahwa KAP tersebut merupakan KAP yang memeriksa Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (selanjutnya disebut SMFG) dan KAP dari PT Bank BTPN Tbk (selanjutnya disebut BTPN). Adapun SMFG adalah merupakan Pemegang Saham Pengendali dari BTPN dan BTPN adalah merupakan Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan. Perseroan mempertimbangkan pula kewajiban dilakukannya konsolidasi laporan keuangan dengan BTPN (selaku anak perusahaan BTPN) sehingga dengan adanya kompleksitas pelaporan konsolidasi maka pemilihan KAP yang sama akan memastikan konsistensi, efisiensi dan efektivitas proses audit Demikian untuk diketahui. Issuer Code BTPS Attachment 3 Subject Change of Public Accountant Change of Public Accountant According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20 March 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Siddharta & Widjaja with Public Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mrs. Novie, S.E, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31 December 2024 The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations: That Mrs. Novie, S.E, CPA as a Public Accountant that conduct audit of the Company's financial statement for the financial year ended on December 31, 2024 has more than 20 years experience in auditing financial services clients, including foreign bank branches, registered local banks, joint venture banks, multifinance companies, securities companies and manufacturing companies. Whereas, the appointment of KAP Siddharta, Widjaja & Rekan as the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) that will conduct audit of the Company's financial statement for the financial year ended on December 31, 2024 is based on the considerations that this KAP is KAP that conduct audit for Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (hereinafter referred to as SMFG) and KAP of PT Bank BTPN Tbk (hereinafter referred to as BTPN). SMFG is the Controlling Shareholder of BTPN and BTPN is the Controlling Shareholder of the Company. The Company also considers the obligation to consolidate financial statements with BTPN (as a subsidiary of BTPN) so that with the complexity of consolidated reporting, selecting the same KAP will ensure consistency, efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process.
