Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Perseroan) dengan ini
menyampaikan bahwa penyampaian atas:
a) Laporan Tahunan untuk Tahun Buku 2025 (termasuk
Laporan Keberlanjutan Tahunan Perseroan), yang perlu
disampaikan kepada OJK paling lambat akhir bulan keempat
setelah tahun buku berakhir sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal
7 dan Pasal 9 Peraturan OJK No. 29/POJK.04/2016 tentang
Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (POJK
29/2016) jo. Pasal 10 Peraturan OJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017
tentang Penerapan Keuangan Berkelanjutan bagi Lembaga
Jasa Keuangan, Emiten, dan Perusahaan Publik (POJK
51/2017); dan
b) Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Triwulan I 2026, yang
perlu disampaikan kepada Bursa pada akhir bulan pertama
setelah tanggal laporan keuangan triwulanan sesuai Bagian
III.1.1.5 Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi,
mengalami keterlambatan. Hal mana keterlambatan tersebut
diakibatkan karena masih berlangsungnya proses audit dari
Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang ditunjuk Perseroan.
Terkait dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan untuk Tahun
Buku 2025, Perseroan sebagai perusahaan yang juga
terdaftar pada Bursa Efek New York memahami bahwa POJK
14/2022 mengatur bahwa laporan keuangan tahunan perlu
disampaikan kepada OJK dengan mengacu pada ketentuan
otoritas pasar modal negara tempat Perseroan tercatat, dalam
hal ini United States Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC), yaitu paling lambat akhir bulan keempat sejak tahun
buku berakhir. Namun demikian, dengan memperhatikan
kondisi saat ini Perseroan masih dalam proses penyelesaian
laporan, Perseroan akan memanfaatkan perpanjangan waktu
(grace period) yang diberikan oleh SEC, yakni menjadi paling
lambat 15 Mei 2026 melalui pengajuan Form NT 20-F sebagai
pemberitahuan sekaligus perpanjangan batas waktu.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian ini tidak berdampak material terhadap kelangsungan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan usaha Perseroan. Perseroan tetap menjalankan kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional secara normal dan berkomitmen untuk segera
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menyelesaikan kewajiban pelaporan sesuai dengan estimasi
Perusahaan Publik waktu yang disebutkan.

Type of Material Information or Facts Submission of the Annual Report and Financial Statement

Description of Material Information or PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk hereby notifies that the
Facts submission of:
a) Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2025 (including the
Companys Annual Sustainability Report), which must be
submitted to the OJK no later than the end of the fourth month
after the fiscal year ends, as regulated in Article 7 of OJK
Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2016 on Annual Reports of
Issuers or Public Companies (POJK 29/2016) jo. Article 10 of
OJK Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017 on the Implementation
of Sustainable Finance for Financial Service Institutions,
Issuers, and Public Companies (POJK 51/2017); and
b) Consolidated Financial Statements for the First Quart er of
2026, which must be submitted to the IDX at the end of the
first month after the date of the mid-year financial statements
in accordance with Section III.1.1.5 of Regulation Number I-E
on Obligations to Submit Information,
is to be delayed. Such delay is caused by the ongoing audit
process by the Public Accounting Firm appointed by the
Company.
In light of the Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2025, the
Company as a dual-listed company on the New York Stock
Exchange, acknowledges that POJK 14/2022 stipulate that the
deadline for submitting the annual report and annual financial
statements shall follow the regulations of the capital market
authority in the Companys listing jurisdiction, i.e. the United
States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Under
SEC
regulations, this deadline is no later than the end of the fourth
month following the end of the fiscal year. However,
considering the current progress in finalizing the report, the
Company will exercise the grace period that is given by the
SEC, that is no later than May 15, 2026, by filing Form NT 20-
F as notification of the non-timely filing and request for an
extension of the submission deadline.
Impact of event, material information or This event has no material impact on the Company s business
facts towards Issuers or Public continuity. The Company continues to conduct its normal
Company’s operational activities, legal, operational activities and remains committed to promptly
financial condition, or going concern fulfilling its reporting obligations in accordance with the
aforementioned estimated timeline.
