dengan penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Auditan. Bersama
ini kami sampaikan materi paparan Public Expose yang telah
disampaikan perseroan bersamaan dengan penyampaian
Laporan Keuangan auditan tahunan periode 31 Desember
2023. Saat ini, penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Auditan
masih dalam tahap on progress final submit, sehingga kami
menyampaikan materi Public Expose melalui form E019.

Facts regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning
Obligations for Submission of Information III.3.6, it is stated
that a listed company is considered to have fulfilled the Public
Expose obligation if it submits the material together with the
submission of Audited Financial Statements. We hereby
convey the Public Expose material that was submitted by the
company along with the submission of the annual audited
Financial Report for the period December 31, 2023. Currently,
the submission of the Audited Financial Report is still in the
final submission stage, so we submit the Public Expose
