Perseroan melakukan perawatan secara berkala terhadap peralatan bongkar muat dan heavy machinery. Hal ini
penting untuk memastikan mesin dalam kondisi prima, sehingga mendukung efisiensi pemakaian BBM dan
mengurangi dampak emisi gas buang dari mesin yang tidak terawat. Pengawasan terhadap operasional,
perawatan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas juga senantiasa dilakukan untuk memastikan seluruh peralatan berfungsi
dengan optimal. Perseroan menggunakan lampu jenis LED yang lebih tahan lama dengan pencahayaan optimal
dan konsumsi daya lebih rendah. Perseroan juga mengupayakan efisiensi penggunaan energi dalam hal
penggunaan air conditioner (AC), melakukan penyuluhan saving energy dan mengikuti peraturan timeline jadwal
operasional gedung

Dalam rangka melindungi Pemegang Saham, Perseroan juga melaksanakan kebijakan yang berlaku umum
mengenai transaksi efek bagi orang dalam (insider trading) sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Secara
garis besar, orang dalam Perseroan yang mempunyai Informasi orang dalam dilarang untuk melakukan
pembelian atau penjualan, mempengaruhi pihak lain untuk melakukan pembelian atau penjualan, atau
memberi informasi kepada pihak manapun untuk tujuan melakukan pembelian atau penjualan atas efek
Perseroan atau efek perusahaan lain yang melakukan transaksi dengan Perseroan (dengan memperhatikan
pengecualian berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 78/ POJK.04/2017 tanggal 21 Desember
2017 tentang Transaksi Efek Yang Tidak Dilarang Bagi Orang Dalam). Perseroan memisahkan secara
tegas informasi dan data korporasi yang bersifat rahasia dengan yang bersifat publik. Perseroan
memastikan bahwa informasi dirilis ke pasar secara seimbang, adil, dan tepat waktu sehingga perdagangan
sekuritas dilakukan hanya berdasarkan keseimbangan informasi antara orang dalam dan masyarakat
umum.

Perseroan menyusun dan melaporkan laporan keuangannya sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku

kepentingan, khususnya bagi anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi, sebagai badan tata kelola tertinggi di

dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Direktur dan Komisaris bertindak
dengan itikad baik dan demi kepentingan Perseroan dengan menghindari benturan kepentingan. Perseroan
juga memiliki unit kerja akuntansi dan keuangan yang mengawasi proses transaksi dan pelaporan keuangan
secara keseluruhan. Unit Audit Internal dan Komite Audit juga menjalankan perannya dalam menelaah
laporan keuangan dan memastikan sistem pengendalian internal dpaat berjalan optimal. Perseroan juga
menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) untuk melakukan aktivitas audit eksternal untuk semakin
menegaskan akuntabilitas Perseroan dalam mengelola usaha.

The Company carries out regular maintenance of stevedoring equipment and heavy machinery. This is essential
to ensure that machinery remains in optimal condition, thereby supporting fuel efficiency and reducing exhaust
emissions resulting from poorly maintained equipment. Supervision of operations, as well as the maintenance
and upkeep of facilities, is also consistently conducted to ensure that all equipment functions optimally. The
Company uses LED lighting, which is more durable, provides optimal illumination, and consumes less electricity.
In addition, the Company seeks to improve energy efficiency through prudent use of air conditioning (AC),
conducting energy-saving awareness programs, and complying with established operational schedules for
building usage.

corruption policy is clearly stipulated in the Code of Conduct of PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk under point 5:
Honest and Ethical Business Practices. In its implementation, the Company conducts comprehensive
dissemination to all personnel. The Code of Conduct is applied uniformly and equally to all personnel without
exception, including the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors.

The Company prepares and reports its financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards
applicable in Indonesia. The preparation of the financial statements is one of the Companys

Board of Directors, as the highest governance bodies of the Company, through compliance with OJK
Regulation No. 42/ POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.
In carrying out their duties, Directors and Commissioners act in good faith and in the best interests of the
Company by avoiding any conflicts of interest. The Company also has an accounting and finance unit that
oversees the overall transaction process and financial reporting. The Internal Audit Unit and the Audit
Committee likewise perform their roles in reviewing the financial statements and ensuring that the internal
control system operates effectively. In addition, the Company engages the services of a Public Accounting
Firm (KAP) to conduct external audit activities, further reinforcing the Companys accountability in managing
its business.
