a. Menyetujui pengangkhiran masa jabatan Bapak Naoki Mizoguchi sebagai
Direktur Perseroan efektif pada 1 April2024./ Approved the termination of
Mr. Naoki Mizoguchi's term of office as Director of the Company effective
April 1, 2024.
b. Menyetujui untuk mengangkat Bapak Jin Yoshida sebagai Direktur
Perseroan di mana pengangkatannya akan berlaku efektif setelah jabatan
sebagai Direktur PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk ('ADMF") berakhir
sesuai dengan keputusan RUPS ADMF serta lulus uji kemampuan dan
kepatutan (fit and proper test) dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, untuk masa
jabatan sesuai dengan sisa masa jabatan anggota Direksi Perseroan yang
sedang menjabat saat ini./ Approved to appoint Mr. Jin Yoshida as Director
of the Company where his appointment will be effective after his position
as Director of PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance ("ADMF") ends in accordance
with the decision of the ADMF GMS and passes the fit and proper test (fit
and proper test) from the Financial Services Authority, for a term of office
corresponding to the remaining term of office of the members of the
Company's Board of Directors currently serving.
