Tangerang, 30 April 2026 – PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk ("Siloam"), a leading

expenditure projects and referral-flow enhancement, further cementing Siloam's position as a
pioneer in Indonesian healthcare while continuing to raise the standard of care through clinical

Key Achievements and Strategic Initiatives

Last year marked a pivotal milestone for Siloam as the Company embedded an archetype-
based operating model across the network. Building on this foundation, this quarter Siloam
has translated that capability into execution through the realization of key strategic
investments, including the launch of the first robotic surgery program in Eastern Indonesia at
Siloam Hospitals Makassar powered by the VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution, as well as
ongoing AI development initiatives to advance our hospital of the future concept.

Siloam continues to broaden its services beyond traditional inpatient and outpatient care with
the launch of Siloam Medical Concierge, a dedicated service designed to provide patients with
trusted second medical opinions, specialist referrals, and personalized care guidance, all
within Indonesia. This initiative reflects Siloam's commitment to retaining high-value patients,
reducing medical outflows, and delivering a seamless, world-class healthcare experience
closer to home, in alignment with the Ministry of Health's mandate.

Siloam has released its FY2025 Sustainability Report, titled "The Care Continuum." The report
outlines Siloam's commitment to four core sustainability strategies: Caring for Our Patients,
Caring for Our Environment, Caring for Our People, and Caring for Our Communities, all
implemented in alignment with ESG principles within the Next Generation Siloam framework.
Siloam firmly believes that sustainability has been embedded in the Company's DNA since its
founding, reflecting a longstanding commitment to integrating medical excellence with
meaningful, positive impact on communities and the environment. This ethos is embodied in
"The Care Continuum", a guiding principle that represents Siloam's continuous effort to deliver
healthcare services that create lasting value not only for patients and stakeholders, but also
for the broader society and environment.

Remarks from Siloam’s President Director:

Siloam’s President Director, Mr. David Utama, commented on the results: “Siloam entered
2026 on a strong footing, with the transformation over the past year now clearly delivering
results. We achieved a record quarter, with revenue growing 8.4% YoY, EBITDA up 11.7%,
and net profit rising 14.8%, supported by the realization of key strategic investments and
enhanced referral flows. We are building on this momentum by further strengthening our
clinical capabilities in this quarter, including the launch of Eastern Indonesia’s first robotic
surgery program, while enhancing the patient experience through Siloam Medical Concierge.
