Dear Mrs. Mita,
Referring to your letter on the request for explanation on volatility of shares transactions that was
received via electronic mail No. S-02340/BEI.PP3/03-2024 dated March 5, 2024, hereby PT Hero
Supermarket Tbk (the "Company") provides the following response:
On March 4, 2024, there was an increase in activity and a decrease in the stock price of PT Hero
Supermarket Tbk (HERO) as follows:
a. Transaction activity increased to 645,000 shares with a frequency of 40 times compared to the
previous trading day of 11,400 shares with a frequency of 32 times.
b. The closing price decreased by Rp-25 or -3.14% from the previous trading day's closing price of
Rp795 to Rp770.
1. Whether the Company is aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value
of the company's shares or the investment decisions of investors as regulated in Financial
Services Authority (the “OJK”) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 Regarding Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies?
Response:
The Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of
the Company's shares or the investment decisions of investors.

The Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of
the Company's shares or the investment decisions of investors.

Company's sustainability that have not been disclosed to the public.
Response:
To date, there is no material information/facts/events that may affect the Company's share
price and the Company's sustainability that have not been disclosed to the public.
4. Is the Company aware of any activity by specific shareholders as regulated in the OJK
Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 Regarding Reports on Ownership or Any Changes in
Ownership of Public Company Shares?
Response:
The Company is not aware any activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the
aforementioned regulation.
5. Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange
(at least in the next 3 months)?
Response:
The Company will always pay attention to market conditions and the Company's internal
needs. If the Company already has a plan to carry out corporate actions, the Company will
immediately submit the information to the authorities (the OJK and the IDX) in accordance
with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
6. Plans of major shareholders regarding their ownership of shares in the Company. In this
regard, may the Corporate Secretary kindly inquire with the major shareholders before
responding to this confirmation.

Response:
Regarding the request for the Company to check with its major shareholders before
responding to the IDX’s Letter No. S-02340/BEI.PP3/03-2024, we have received an answer
from the Company’s major shareholders in which they stated that the Company’s major
shareholders does not currently have any plans with respect to any transactions associated
with its shareholding in the Company.
