Formulir E019 pada tanggal 21 Februari 2024 (bukti penyampaian sebagaimana terlampir) sehubungan dengan
terdapatnya kendala teknis pada sistem SPE IDXNet pada tanggal pelaporan, serta sesuai dengan hasil diskusi dengan
Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Based on the I-E Exchange Regulation, the Company submits the Public Expose material in accordance with the
Annual Audited Financial Statements on 31 Desember 2023 which has been submitted via 002/CIMBNIAGA/SGMR-
SGR/II/2024. dated 2024-03-03 regarding Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. In this regard, the Company
has fulfilled the obligations of the Annual Public Expose.
Other Information:
Whereas, the submission of this report is the same report as the report that the Company has been submitted via Form
E019 on 21 February 2024 (proof of submission as attached) in connection with the technical issues with the SPE
IDXNet system during the reporting date, as well as per the discussions result with the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
