Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa, merujuk pada ketentuan III.3.6 Peraturan Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. I-E, sebagai bentuk pemenuhan kewajiban
Public Expose Tahunan, bersama ini Perseroan
menyampaikan materi Public Expose Tahunan di hari yang
sama dengan penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian
Auditan Perseroan per 31 Desember 2023.
Bahwa, penyampaian pelaporan ini Perseroan sampaikan
melalui Form Keterbukaan Informasi (E019) sehubungan
dengan kendala teknis yang ada di Form Penyampaian
Informasi Pemenuhan Kewajiban Public Expose (E003) pada
tanggal penyampaian.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berkenaan dengan pemenuhan ketentuan III.3.6 Peraturan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan BEI No. I-E tersebut, Perseroran tidak menyelenggarakan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, acara Public Expose Tahunan baik secara virtual maupun fisik,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau termasuk tidak menyampaikan rencana dan hasil Public
Perusahaan Publik Expose Tahunan.

Description of Material Information or Whereas, with refer to the provisions of III.3.6 Indonesia Stock
Facts Exchange Regulation No. I-E, as a form of fulfillment of the
Annual Public Expose Obligation, the Company hereby submit
the material of Annual Public Expose in the same day with the
submission of the Company Audited Consolidated Financial
Statements as of 31 December 2023.
Whereas, the Company submit this report through the
Disclosure of Information Form (E019) in connection with the
technical issue contained in the Information Submission for
Fulfilling Public Expose Obligations Form (E003) on the
submission date.
Impact of event, material information or In terms of the fulfillment of provisions III.3.6 IDX Regulation
facts towards Issuers or Public No. I-E, the Company does not hold an Annual Public Expose
Company’s operational activities, legal, event in virtually or physically, including not submitting the plan
financial condition, or going concern and result of Annual Public Expose.
