The Board of Directors is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the Company. The
Board of Commissioners is tasked with supervising and providing advice to the Board of Directors without
being involved in operational management.
The President Commissioner of the Company is prohibited from concurrently serving as the President
Director or as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (and vice versa). Members of the Board
of Commissioners are also prohibited from concurrently serving as members of the Board of Directors of the
Company (and vice versa).
