Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk

Perseroan senantiasa berfokus pada
pengelolaan kegiatan usaha secara prudent
dan berkelanjutan, sejalan dengan prioritas
strategis yang telah ditetapkan. Kami
berkomitmen untuk terus menghadirkan
solusi finansial yang terpercaya bagi
nasabah, serta berkontribusi positif terhadap
pertumbuhan industri jasa keuangan dan
perekonomian Indonesia.

6. Rencana pengendali dan/atau pemegang

The Company has no plan to take corporate

action in the near future, including corporate
plans that will affect the listing of the Company's
Shares at the Stock Exchange.

The Company consistently focuses on prudent
and sustainable business management, in line
with established strategic priorities. We are
committed to providing reliable financial
solutions to our customers and positively
contributing to the growth of the financial
services industry and the Indonesian economy.

. Plan for controlling and/or major shareholders

related to their share ownership in the
Company. In this case, the Corporate Secretary
is reguested to first ask the controller and/or
major shareholders in responding to the
confirmation.

Response:
Based on the discussion with the controlling
