angka (vi) huruf a dan huruf c Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan Obligasi II Adhi Commuter
Properti Tahun 2022, Akta No. 28, tanggal 7 Maret 2022, yang dibuat di hadapan Rosida
Rajagukguk Siregar S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Kota Adminisatrasi Jakarta Selatan, berikut
perubahannya, untuk periode laporan keuangan konsolidasian tahunan per 31 Desember
2025 (Audited) sampai dengan 31 Desember 2026 (Audited); 2. Menyetujui atas
penundaan pembayaran kupon (bunga) untuk periode Mei 2026 sampai dengan Februari
2027, dengan ketentuan bahwa kupon (bunga) yang ditunda tersebut akan dibayarkan
bersamaan dengan jatuh tempo pokok pada bulan Mei 2027, dengan Emiten memberikan
consent fee sebesar 0,15% (nol koma lima belas persen) dari nilai pokok, yang dibayarkan
sebanyak 1 (satu) kali pada Periode Mei 2026.
Pelaksanaan Rapat
RUPO dihadiri 100.000.000.000 yang mewakili 98,04% (Kuorum)
Hasil Rapat
Hasil rapat adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Menyetujui atas pengesampingan (waiver) pemenuhan kewajiban PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk untuk
memelihara rasio keuangan sesuai ketentuan dalam pasal 6 ayat 6.3 angka (vi) huruf a dan huruf c Perjanjian
Perwaliamanatan Obligasi II Adhi Commuter Properti Tahun 2022, Akta No. 28, tanggal 7 Maret 2022, yang dibuat di
hadapan Rosida Rajagukguk Siregar S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Kota Adminisatrasi Jakarta Selatan, berikut
perubahannya, untuk periode laporan keuangan konsolidasian tahunan per 31 Desember 2025 (Audited) sampai
dengan 31 Desember 2026 (Audited);
2. Menyetujui atas penundaan pembayaran kupon (bunga) untuk periode Mei 2026 sampai dengan Februari 2027,
dengan ketentuan bahwa kupon (bunga) yang ditunda tersebut akan dibayarkan bersamaan dengan jatuh tempo
pokok pada bulan Mei 2027, dengan Emiten memberikan consent fee sebesar 0,15% (nol koma lima belas persen)
dari nilai pokok, yang dibayarkan sebanyak 1 (satu) kali pada Periode Mei 2026.

Agenda 1. Approve the waiver of PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk obligation to maintain the
financial ratios as stipulated in Article 6, Section 6.3, subparagraph (vi), letters a and c of
the Adhi Commuter Properti 2022 Bond Trust Agreement II, Deed No. 28, dated March 7,
2022, executed before Rosida Rajagukguk Siregar, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in the
Administrative City of South Jakarta, along with its amendments, for the period of the
annual consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025 (Audited) through
December 31, 2026 (Audited). 2. Approve the deferral of coupon payments for the period
from May 2026 through February 2027, provided that the deferred coupons will be paid
concurrently with the principal maturity in May 2027, with the Issuer paying a consent fee of
0.15% (zero point fifteen percent) of the principal amount, payable in a single installment
during the period of May 2026.

The result of the meeting is elaborated as follows :
1. Approve the waiver of PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk obligation to maintain the financial ratios as stipulated in
Article 6, Section 6.3, subparagraph vi, letters a and c of the Adhi Commuter Properti 2022 Bond Trust Agreement II,
Deed No. 28, dated March 7, 2022, executed before Rosida Rajagukguk Siregar, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in the
Administrative City of South Jakarta, along with its amendments, for the period of the annual consolidated financial
statements as of December 31, 2025 Audited through December 31, 2026 Audited;
2. Approve the deferral of coupon (interest) payments for the period from May 2026 through February 2027, provided
