WASPADA PENAWARAN INVESTASI PALSU MENGATASNAMAKAN
PT MULTIPOLAR TBK
Tangerang, 24 Januari 2024
PT Multipolar Tbk (“Perseroan”) dan entitas anaknya mengimbau masyarakat luas untuk berhati-hati terhadap adanya
pihak lain yang mengatasnamakan Perseroan serta menggunakan logo Perseroan tanpa seizin Perseroan. Beberapa cara
yang telah dilakukan oleh oknum pelaku antara lain menawarkan investasi maupun komisi atau sejenisnya melalui
tautan/situs palsu, grup media sosial (WhatsApp), atau media sosial lainnya yang tidak ada kaitan atau hubungannya
sama sekali dengan Perseroan.
Perseroan dengan ini menegaskan bahwa Perseroan tidak pernah menawarkan investasi maupun komisi atau sejenisnya.
Perseroan telah mengambil tindakan-tindakan yang diperlukan dengan melaporkan tautan/situs palsu tersebut kepada
Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika, serta Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
Perseroan tidak memiliki situs, kontak dan e-mail korporasi resmi lainnya selain yang disebutkan di bawah ini:

dilakukan oleh oknum pelaku yang mengatasnamakan Perseroan.

BEWARE OF FRAUD INVESTMENT USING
PT MULTIPOLAR TBK’S NAME
Tangerang, January 24th, 2024
PT Multipolar Tbk ("Company") and its subsidiaries urge the public to be cautious of other parties acting on behalf of the
Company and using the Company's logo without the Company's permission. Some of the methods that have been done
by unscrupulous actors include offering investments or commissions or the like through fake links/websites, social media
groups (WhatsApp), or other social media that have no connection or relationship at all with the Company.
The Company hereby confirms that the Company has never offered investment or commission or the like. The Company
has taken the necessary actions by reporting the fake link/site to the Ministry of Communication and Information, as well
as the Financial Services Authority.
The Company does not have any official corporate website, contact and e-mail other than those mentioned below:

The Company has the right to take all legal actions for the activities carried out in the name of the Company without
permission and hereby emphasizes that it is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of activities carried out by
